Breath Body Mind™

I am a senior Breath-Body-Mind™ (BBM) teacher and trainer offering workshops and classes incorporating profound and accessible practices that tap into the full potential of our innate healing capacities which have proven to ease symptoms of anxiety, PTSD and enhance physical and mental health.

The BBM practices are designed to activate mind-body communication pathways, raise energy, regulate mood, enhance performance, reduce inflammation and help dissolve pain. This training is for anyone who wishes to improve their stress resilience, physical health and general well-being.

The program incorporates gentle movement, soothing breath practices, guided meditation/ relaxation and coherent breath; a balanced breath practice proven in a matter of minutes to effectively quiet our overactive stress response system while simultaneously stimulating our natural capacity to calm, soothe, heal and restore.

Through movement, breathing and relaxation techniques, you will learn to:

  • Increase your stress resilience and renew your energy
  • Reduce stress, anxiety, depression, and insomnia
  • Increase lung capacity, oxygenation, and cardio-respiratory health
  • Connect to your inner self and others
  • Improve relationships and empathic abilities
  • Improve performance in personal and professional activities

These sessions are ideal for yoga teachers and practitioners, psychologists, therapists, coaches, nurses, doctors, school teachers, first responders, relief workers and anyone looking to find more clarity and balance in their lives.

Why Train in Breath-Body-Mind Now?

So many people are experiencing the impact of world and life events in one way or another. Continued uncertainty induces stress, fatigue and burnout.

It is even more important to have daily practices to resource and regulate both yourself, your team and your clients.
