Yoga Therapy
‘Although all yoga is potentially therapeutic and healing, yoga therapy is the specific application of yogic tools—postures/exercises, breathwork, meditation techniques, and more—to address an individual’s physical, mental, and emotional needs.’

What is Yoga Therapy?
The Yoga Therapy process is empowering for an individual as therapist and client work together to address specific goals and or ailments while considering any limitations you might be experiencing to progress toward improved health and well-being through the applications of ancient philosophy, teachings, wisdom and practices of Yoga whilst supported by evidenced based science.
